In conjunction with Whole Foods Market we will offer wine classes from the basics to organic wines to wine & food pairings. Beginning April 23rd every Wednesday thru May 14th from 7pm - 9pm at Whole Foods Market - South Loop 1101 S. Canal Street (corner of Roosevelt and Canal) $50 per class; $80 per couple; $175 for the series.

The Wine Guide and Washburne Culinary Institute have partnered to offer a series of wine classes at "The Parrot Cage Restaurant" thru May 2008. The wine classes consist of:

      • Building Upon The Basics
        • train the brain with the aroma
        • learn various wine varietals
        • learn various wine regions
      • examine/taste 6 quality wines
      • appetizers
      • tasting notes
      • a fun, informative and interactive experience facilitated by a Wine Guide representative




    • Wine & Food Pairings - $75/per class

The first 10 people to sign up for either class will receive a complimentary bottle of wine. All are welcome!
